gg444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gg444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
